- Live video takes RTMP from OBS Studio, vMix, Wirecast, Larix or a hardware encoder and plays as HTTPS/HLS in any browser.
- Video plans: Free (10 viewers), Pro (1 channel at 1080p, 1,000 viewers at once, 50 GB library) and Platinum (2 channels, 200 GB library); paid plans include Samsung and LG TV apps.
- Radio runs on Icecast and SHOUTcast, delivered over HTTPS so players embed on secure websites.
- Radio plans: Free (1,000 listeners at 32 kbps), Pro (2,500 listeners at 128 kbps, 20 GB AutoDJ) and Platinum (5,000 listeners at up to 320 kbps, 3 streams, 100 GB AutoDJ).
- Help is available around the clock: an AI chat assistant that can inspect your channel, a human whenever you ask, and tickets from your account.
- Stream Brothers never places advertising in a customer's video, radio or website.
